H.264 format, excellent video quality in 720p, I can plug the SD card into my Mac Book Pro and start editing directly on the video - no conversion - no AVCHD converter

Low Light performance is poor. Need a way to capture video without using the screen - save battery power

Easy to use, Great Quality and Unbeatable Price!

For a mom on the go, this is the perfect camera to be able to throw in a purse to get excellent videos. Easy to charge, easy to connect to TV easy to upload SDCH card to computer for DVDs, Facebook or YouTube. I am not a 'techie' so this ... Expand...

Ridiculously easy to use. Very small. Excellent Zoom. Light weight. Easy to upload videos, no extra software. Comes on easily and powers off by itself so you keep battery life. For $198 on Amazon its a steal

In low lighting it takes a second to focus, but its really not a problem. On a 42" HDTV, the quality wasn't perfect, but on my 27" MAC it was great! Still shots are ok, this is not really meant for still photos

trying new cards this evening. will post again,, once i have more info

very easy to use

i have tried 2 memory cards, maxell and sony both class 10 cards neither worked,,, now tech says only secure digitial, panasonic, or toshiba work. Not sure of any issues with class 6 cards as i have not tried them.. 4 calls to tech support,, not sure i st

So simple it's ridiculous.

Perfect for myself, a non-expert family man just looking for a good quality product at a good price. Get it.

Very short time between opening the screen and starting to record, full 180 degree rotation of touch screen, and a nice looking compact design

What an improvement over tape camcorders. Easy to use.

Switch grip is as easy as portrayed. Zoom works well, although takes a few practices to use it smoothly. Battery and memory cards are easy to load. Small size makes it easy to carry and pack. Affordable

Very small...so it fits better in small to medium-sized hands
