STC HD400 High Definition Video Camera 720p HDMI 3" LCD

I can't figure this camera out. The manual is minimal; no contact information from the manufacturer. Big disappointment.

I have one of these cameras I bought about a week ago. Im having problems with the focus. There is no contact number, no email address, NOTHING! I think I got Duped! Not Happy.
