Nokia 7500 Prism review: Daring difference

It's been a long time since we last held such an unusual phone in our hands. Nokia 7500 Prism is so much different from all other mobile devices in terms of design. With its dazzling geometric patterns and distinctive triangular keys, the Prism is one...

One of a kind design ; Typical s40 quick interface ; More than decent music performance with good equalizers ; Richer than usual preloaded content ; Keypad is comfortable, despite its unusual look ; Exchangeable accents to freshen up the phone's looks

Mediocre camera ; No hot-swap capability for the memory card ; The display lacks brightness ; Inadequate battery life ; Price tag too high for the offered functionality ; Joystick needs time getting used to ; Fingerprint magnet

Nokia 7500 has been in the limelight since the very day it appeared on the Chinese website of the Finnish company. With the angular design and a price tag befitting far greater functionality, there is no doubt that this is a love-it-or-hate-it phone. A...

Nokia 7500 Prism Review

A long time has passed since Nokia dared to introduce such an innovative design that users can admire when looking at the 7500 and 7900 Prism handsets. At a first glance, you might have the impression that there something wrong with the keypad, but the...

I won't say anything about its design as people might not consider it good looking at allon the contrary. What I have noticed using this phone is its high functionality and easy to use interface, things that are characteristic to the Nokia brand....

The only thing that really bothers me is the low battery life which will seriously limit this phone's functionality and will utterly force you to buy a supplemental battery. Furthermore, the microSD slot card has been placed right under the battery,...

Nokia 7500 Prism

Nokia 7500 Prism is a quadband GSM fashion phone. 7500 features Series 40 platform, equipped with a TFT 16 million colors QVGA-display, 2 Megapixel camera with flash, microSD expansion slot, Micro USB port and Bluetooth interface.

Marketed towards the pretentious kind, the phone is a failure on the quality front. The 7500 retains a strong feel of a budged gadget, betraying its true nature in the broad daylight. It¡¦s by no means a premium-class handset, but just a designer...

Nokia 7500

Nokia is well known to make a chic design on their mobile phone. Now they have introduced Nokia 7500 Prism. A rather geometrically inspired design, Nokia created another world???s first in the world of mobile phones to be included in the Nokia???s...

Nokia was able to lower the price without lowering the mobile???s functionality. Using it is also easy if you are already familiar with the programs all Nokia phones have. Though the keypads might need a little practice to get use to, it is in a...

Nokia 7500 Prism Review- Geometric Pattern in Style

All "7" series of Nokia are "fashion" phones: where style is the most important feature and which are deliberately not to everyone's taste. They're a "love-it or hate-it" phones. One of which is Nokia 7500 Prism

Nokia 7500 Prism

Being style conscious is paramount these days. If you can dress fashionably, why not have accessories that complement your style? And what better accessory to complement your Guccis and Pradas than your mobile phone?

On the whole, I loved the phone. At Rs. 9,400 it’s definitely worth it. Once you get used to the keys and joystick, which shouldn't take more than a few tries, I’m sure you’ll like it too. It’ll work well whether you're fashion-conscious or not.

Nokia 7500 Prism

With multiple facets like this the 7500 Prism certainly shouts "look at me!" But is it a case of styling over substance?

Nokia 7500 Prism review -

Good battery life and neatly styled screen complement the 7500's ease of use

The gloss-and-matt styling and the lightweight plastic shell look a little cheap
