Logitech Z120 Portable Speakers

Logitech is a brand well known for its PC peripherals, speakers and other audio accessories. Portable speakers have been gaining popularity and even lesser-known brands have received good response. Lo

Logitech Z-5450 5.1 Wireless Speakers

Those who follow PC speakers closely would surely know about Logitech's Z-5500 speakers and how much everyone loves them. They are indeed one of the best 5.1 PC speakers we have come across. Th

Best surround-sound computer speakers

Reviews say surround-sound computer speakers can't match the sound quality of a dedicated home theater system, but the Logitech Z906 does a good job bringing home theater-like experience to your desktop. This 5.1 system (five speakers plus subwoofer)...

Sturdy speakers, easy to set up and use, good surround sound for games and movies, multichannel analog inputs

Not as great for playing music in one test, no HDMI connectivity, no HD audio decoding, home theater speakers sound better

Logitech Z623

I have no real complaints, and I'd buy it again, figured I'd list all the issues I've had in the last 3+ years. Considering longevity alone these were worth the purchase, I won't be buying any other speakers until these die.

The bass, the mid-range, the high. Length of service. Versatility. Weight. Did I mention longevity or the sound quality

Power cord is too short and speaker cords are too long. Sometimes the left speaker won't put out any sound if played at too low of a volume. Something is very close to being overloaded at very high volume, above about 66%, smell of burning electronics....

You NEED an optical audio cable to get the most out of the system. Without a digital connection to your audio source, the sound is somewhat underwhelming and out of balance at times.

Solid sound ; Good value

Doesn't come with a Toslink cable

Work perfectly fine for me!

Surround sound may need to be selected in Windows' settings for these to work properly. I don't consider this a con on the speakers or anything. But having a manual would have solved this problem much quicker. I suggest Googling how to change your...

I've had no problems except for connectivity issues (which were on me, if anything). I don't know if I'm lucky or if my ears are just not hearing right, but I play my music and videos (5.1 FLAC/DTS audio in many of the videos), and I can hear...

All of the wires are color coded and connecting things are relatively easy, I know, but it doesn't look like my computer's motherboard has the same color-coding the speakers use. Took me several trial-and-errors to figure out what goes in what ; Also,...

Stay away

Disappointing quality for a Logitech Product. If you need a very cheap system and don't really care about the audio quality these might be for you. My suggestion would be to save a little longer and go with

Pros: Very cheap 5.1 system, attractive looking

Cons: Very cheap 5.1 system and it shows. The quality of sound is horrendous and cannot go above half volume without massive distortion

Great Speakers

May require a bit of your own personal EQ settings, especially if you are using a computer. I balanced mine out so that the bass wouldn't drown everything out.

5.1 Surround ; Long Wires to reach around room ; Multiple Inputs, So I can connect my computer, console/tv/etc ; Hard Hitting Sub even with the small size of it

The first unit that I had received was DOA. There was a faulty connection on the board inside the sub box. However, it was replaced/returned within a week

Woah!

These speakers have made my movie watching and gaming in my man cave 100% more enjoyable. It gives me goose bumps when you have explosions in BF4 and other games going off and shaking your face off!

All i can say is this was THE best speaker purchase I have made. I was a little sceptical on the pricing and the whole "THX Certified" hype, but after owning them i LOVE them. I dont need surround sound, and the bass on these things, WOW. You can hear...

None, unless you want 5.1 or 7.1 surround
