HP Spectre One: Not quite all-in-one

Lacking a touchscreen, some might bypass the Spectre One, but it's a good performer, decently styled and will serve most users just fine. Buy it with the minimal amount of memory and upgrade yourself if need be.

Attractive design ; Decent performance

No touchscreen ; Pricey memory upgrades

HP Spectre One 23-e010se

If there was any doubt about the importance of design in the PC world, the recent spate of beautifully made all-in-one desktops, like the Apple iMac 21.5-Inch (Late 2012), and the Asus ET2300INTI-B022K should make it clear that the look and feel of a...

Gorgeous design. Excellent 1080p display and Beats Audio. Feature set includes HDMI input and NFC sensor. Intel Core i7 quad-core processor and Nvidia graphics

Premium price for only mid-range performance. No optical drive. Unsightly power brick

The HP Spectre One 23-e010se is a beautifully designed all-in-one desktop PC that offers a serviceable (but pricey) alternative to the iMac.

Slim design, Wireless keyboard, mouse, touch pad included, Bundled Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, Easily upgradable

Expensive for a 23-inch all-in-one, No touch screen, Flash cache drive costs extra, Low-end Nvidia graphics limit gaming performance

Or, for about $200 more than our review configuration of the Spectre One 23, you can grab the larger 27-inch iMac with a higher-resolution screen and much-improved Nvidia graphics. Sure, the Apple machines don't come with touch screens either. But Mac...

HP Spectre One 23-e010se

If you buy an HP Spectre One 23-e010se, you're paying for beautiful design, moderate computing power and an HD webcam. At its high price tag, this is not enough, especially since you'll have to buy an external optical drive. If this computer offered a...

The sleek design will stand out wherever you place the computer, and the single-cord setup means no clutter

The computer does not have an optical drive or touchscreen

With its hefty price tag, the HP Spectre One 23-e010se does not offer enough features to make it a strong buying option.

best ever!

This computer is the best! I've been a HP/Compaq customer for about 20 years, and this computer is the best/fastest by far. I love this thing! I was going back and forth between this one and the other all in one and I'm so happy that I chose this one....

Super design!

Love the computer. The design is definite a step up for PCs. Packaging was unique and clever. Set up was very fast. Most "new computer issues" relate to getting used to the new Windows 8 operating system which expected.
