Really great machine except for one major glitch

Nearly everything about the DMP-BDT215 seems great. Even the owner's manual is halfway readable by the common man, for once. It has built-in WiFi connectivity that sets up more easily than some devices I've tried. It has an intuitive on-screen menu....

Has all the goodies, including unique hand-swipe tray activation which is handy in a dark room

One big, fat, glaring "oops, who'd a thunk they'd do that?" omission

This is the second of the same model I have purchased and these are great players. Fairly fast load times and excellent streaming content, A lot of units do not have Amazon in addition to all the other standard services. A lot of Apps available....
