Ticks all the boxes for me + simple'ish to use. I would recommend for anyone looking a for a cheap system to have a look.. I have dispatched my 14 month old sony dvd /video combination upstairs, perhaps the bin would be better..

EASY TO SET UP, FREEVIEW CHANNEL SCANING IS VERY GOOD, RECORDED QUALITY IS AS GOOD AS DVD YOU BUY. ONLY BAD POINT IS THAT THERE IS NO SOUND OR VIDIO INPUTS ON REAR OTHER THAN ONE SCART

This is an excellent dvd recorder which is very easy to use and the instructions are simple to understand. There is a slight fan noise but it does not detract from the programme being watched as it can only be heard \nwhen recording with the tv off....

Really pleased with this dvd recorder. Easy to use, looks good and great quality. I've seen the same product in supermarkets which costs between £10-30 more. Would recommend.
