for those small jobs, you can't beat this piece of equipment. I would highly recommend it for those of use who mostly just cook for two. Great for whipping up quick, delicious dressings for salads!

Nice appearance, powerful motor, practical size. I've had to replace the main bowl twice at $30-$40 a crack (literally). Try the hummus recipe in the manual. It's delicious. Making my own hummus has probably paid for the machine by now.
