The silver finish flaked off the beaters; had no problem getting a replacement, but the same thing happened. Got a refund and spent a bit more on a russel hobbs mixer which has a longer cord and whisk beaters.

This has plenty of power but no slower speed so need to take care not to splash everything - also a bit heavy and power cord rather short. You get what you pay for but overall a bit disappointed.
