Nice

I only got it so I could get my lon/lat in the event of having to call a mayday/pan pan/securite with my VHF. Very nice unit, good backlight. Everything I was promissed.

Misses some towns. I live in a SMALL town in Louisiana, its not even listed ; There is NO topography detail. So my area is just solid green. I can buy oftware to install new topography info, but its to expensive. No SD flash slot, but i knew that so...

good for geocaching

loads up fast, even inside my house. very accurate. Screen looks nice and the unit is well designed / easy to use. You can customize what info is displayed. It has a geocaching mode and is compatible with the geocahing website so you can easily load...

not useful for driving. It will not route a course for you to drive, it just shows you distance/direction "as the crow flies". The map is not very detailed but does have major highways and all rivers.
