Brinkmann Smoke 'n Grill 810-5301-C Charcoal: Inexpensive and Great Option for Me

I chose the Brinkman Smoke n' Grill 810-5301-C Charcoal for many reasons. I had one of these before and enjoyed it. I hate heating my house up in the summer with the use of my oven. Grilliing or smoking outdoors is a great way for me to eliminate ...

Very Good!

Great little grill. Not as large as the bigger models but it cooks very well. Good for small cookouts and a few people. A bit over priced but good grill!

My husband is a big Brinkmann fan. He has this smoker and we both love it. He loves the ease of cooking in it. How it does so well holding the temperature even and cooking the meat with a uniform smoke flavor. I love it because the food always...

Brinkman Smoke 'n Grill

This is my first foray into smoking in my own backyard. I've used more expensive units that my friends and family own, but, for the price, I don't think that you can beat the Brinkman. A great unit at a fantastic price. On the advice of several...

Lightweight, easy to assemble, very affordable

The door on the side isn't the easiest for accessing the charcoal pan

Smoking in the infamous "ECB": how good (or bad) is the Smoke 'n' Grill?

Having to host a cookout for the almost-in-laws in a few weeks, I was purchasing parts to turn a steel trash-can into a smoker, when I realized that the total came to twice as much as the Brinkmann Smoke 'n' Grill, which could at the time be bought on...

Lightweight and cheap

Poor heat retention. Requires modification for better burn or long cooking. No airflow

Great little smoker

I was very impressed with this purchase. I read some reviews online, some flattering, some not-so-much. But I figured for 40-50 bucks, you really can't go wrong. I actually found it for $28.98 at my local Walmart. And it was well worth the purchase price!

CHEAP!! Easy to operate, great end-result

Hard to get to the charcoal pan to add more when needed

Works Great

Well I got mine about a month ago. So far it works great. I have done chicken, ribs and brisket. It stayed at about 250 degrees and everything smoked and cooked fine in roughly the time we thought it would take (which is slow). I am using it

Price No messing with coals or gas Even, consistent temperature

No Thermometer. No vent No viable thermostat
