Do not buy

 

I received this unit as a gift on Christmas 2010. Immediately had cooling issues. I replaced the fans with better 12 VDC fans. Still no improvement. Temperature will not go below approx. 55 deg. Poor quality.

Looks nice

Does not cool. Not worth the expense.

Purchased Dec 09 last till July. Haier sent me a new one, I had to pay shipping, the second last till January. They won't replace it...I'm done with this company's products. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

 

Haier has obviously designed this product to have a useful life of 13 months which is why they set the warranty period at 12 months. Do not buy this product unless you enjoy throwing money away.

We received this unit as a gift. Kept wine cool when the unit was actually working

1. Blue light inside was a joke. Provides no illumination ; 2. One of the "dual zone" sections stopped working in less than 12 months. Haier sent a replacement. The replacement stopped working (the exact same problem) less than 12 months later. Haier...
