Great laptop for the price.

 

It comes without Windows 7 actually "installed", but you just have to tell it to install it. Then you have to download many, many, many, updates to get it current with Windows Update. But that is what is to be expected with any new installation.

Wouldn't boot (No Boot device found), took it apart and found the hard drive wasn't secured in place (screws missing). Checked all the other screws, most were loose. Laptop is refurb, but I expected it to at least work. Also, dirty, wasn't cleaned out...

Nice computer, non existent support.

Was shipped with 4 GB of RAM, even though I bought it with only 2. My gain, for once
