Works fine and easy to install & comes with thermal paste included but not a great cooling solution, picked this up because it was quite cheap on amazon, does the job for cooling a pentium D but is really noisy on stock settings, it tends to fluctuate...

I bought it and I didn't want to spend too much money. Now I regret. It's incredibly loud! It doesn't conduct heat - I don't know what is heat sink made from, it's not aluminum for sure.
