do not buy, does not work


do not buy, it won't work with any hard drive, very cheap plastic that is prone to break, I will be returning the product to newegg.

broke first time i tried to put a hard drive in it. was never able to get it to work, the sata plugs in it do not align to any hard drives, I tried it on both a seagate and western digital 3.5" hard drive and neither one would plug in. the sata power...

Xigmatek OBVIOUSLY did not test this unit, because if they had, they would know that the SATA connectors do not align properly. Sure, you can force it, but plastic pieces will break in a heartbeat should you try. This HDD sled is a POC in my opinion. I...

Previously bought two of those units by different brand and after breaking the connector on one of them found a way to modify them. I thought XIGMATEK would have this issue resolved before releasing the unit into retail but I was wrong. Haven't tested...
