Great lil' machine

I was looking for a hand mixer that had a truly "low speed" to start off with (so many of the cheaper hand mixers only have degrees of High it seems). The Viking delivers a range of speeds just like the big stand mixers so you can actually mix dry...

Cadillac" of mixers!

The cord is very long which is great and it winds back up into the machine which is a good bonus! It is very quiet on high speed and performs excellent!
