Consumer review (newegg.com)

low price great value

Monitor has excellent brightness, clarity. Mine has one dead spot, but is not noticeable unless you are looking for it. As expected, the speakers are a bit wimpy, but overall th emonitor is a good value, especially for having a dvi connection.

An excellent choice!

After doing much research and even trying out an NEC LCD monitor, I decided to go for broke with this CMV. Not having tried one out for myself, I was still a bit skeptical. The reviews were good and the price was incredible. Still, I wondered if this...

Great monitor, funny sound

I just got this monitor today (legendary shipping wasn't that great, came when they said it would) I set it up and it works perfectly. As the other reviewers have stated, the brightness is blinding. When I turn the brightness down however, there is a...

Gamers- this is it

I had to turn the contrast down to zero, and the brightness down to 39% because it was blindingly bright out-of-the-box. It's almost like I have a new video card because I now see detail in UT2004 that I never saw with my old monitor.

Excellent LCD Monitor

Just got this monitor from Newegg. Screen was so bright that I had to turn the brightness and contrast settings down to 20% I see detail in UT2004 and Doom3 that I never saw before with my 19" CRT monitor. I am very pleased with the performance of this...

great buy

Works great, no dead pixels. So much nicer than my old 14 in CRT. The base could be a bit heavier, though not a problem unless for some reason you aren't on a flat surface. Overall great buy, especially considering the DVI inputs

Great Monitor, Great Service

I ordered this monitor a few weeksa go from newegg. As usual, it came pretty fast. The monitor worked absolutely perfectly, except one of the buttons that control the On Screen Display (OSD) didn't depress properly. I contacted newegg, who informed...

Just Died

A moniter at this price with these specs I just had to try, despite not being familiar with the brand. Plugged it in, turned it on, then fiddled with the OSD for about 30-45 sec., and poof. Gave it 2 stars anyway because the OSD functions and auto...
