The DoubleSight DS-1900

The DS-1900 is a novelty display for people who want two monitors on the same stand. Many other 19-inch monitors can provide better performance, and buying two could cost much less than the DS-1900.

Grand appearance; lots of screen real estate in one place; height is adjustable.

Grayscale performance shows tints of color; middle bezel disrupts panels; DVD performance shows ghosting; setup is difficult.

The DS-1900 is a novelty display for people who want two monitors on the same stand. Many other 19-inch monitors can provide better performance, and buying two would cost much less than the DS-1900.

Bad price, but usablilty good

Would be good, could be good, but isn't. Plus the price is wayyyy to much for basically 2 19" lcd's with just 1 holding bracket. That's really all it is.

2 monitors, side by side, one bracket. This would be good for someone like me, who does sound engineering. I need 2 monitors to post up seperate programs for mixing

Only for the "uncrafty" individual

The fact that it consists of dual widescreen LCD monitors would be enticing for someone who didn't want to take the time to build this themselves.

You don't have to build it yourself

Basically, it's just 2 lcd's mounted together. If I wanted a dual setup ready to go, i'd want them in slim frames or hell no frame between each screen. Really, i think that i could probably build a cheaper one of these right off of newegg. which brings...
