Love this mouse, wish it was still available.

You can find them at online auction websites but don't bother.... i've bought them all. ;-)

It's a shame that this mouse is no longer in production. I feel like this review is a waste of time for that reason but I love the mouse so much and am holding on to a glimmer of hope that some manufacturer will make something else like it ; For a...

No longer in production ; The button on the back of the mouse where your palm sits is the battery compartment release, a few times I have hit it on accident and the batteries fallen out ; It takes 2 AAA batteries and does not have the option for USB...

Bluetooth is the way to go for a laptop with BT capabilities. No annoying appendage sticking out the side of your machine, and the presentation feature is a bonus. All mice should be bluetooth at this point, if just for range, if nothing else.

As a professor, I am constantly giving PowerPoint Presentations. However, due to the fact that there is no wireless internet in my class, I was tethered to the front desk when lecturing. Now I am happy to say that I have broken free because of this...

My IT guy recommended it. Nice size. Accurate. Smooth wheel. Compact. Good finish. Have not used the laser yet but plan to. Great service from Buy.com. Would buy it again.

Microsoft Wireless Notebook Presenter Mouse 8000

This Wireless Notebook Presenter Mouse is a great asset for anyone who does powerpoint presentations. The software was easy to install and the operation is easy. The only thing I am disatisfied with is the laser pointer stopped working already. Buy.com...

As is often the issue with products that aren't task-specific, this presenter mouse isn't as good as a standalone presentation device, or quite as good as a standalone BT travel laser mouse. But it's a great compromise to create a single usable device...

This mouse feels comfortable when used as a mouse, but is a little funky when using in presentation mode. Once you get used to it, it's great though. I loved that it has four buttons, which is hard to find in a wireless mouse. The price was right!
