Microsoft Comfort Mouse 4500

The Comfort Mouse 4500 belongs to a newly released ranged of Microsoft rodents that are based on the company's ‘BlueTrack' technology

A comfortable mouse that tracks well on a multitude of different surfaces. It's well priced too.

Microsoft TrackBall Optical

Every computer user knows that using a classic mouse is painful and can even causes wrist pain (after intensive hours of use) that imply some breaks needed to be taken: the exact opposite of productivity those today businesses need. Worst working with...

Comfort of use ; Cool dark design ; Improved IntelliEye technology ; Two programmable buttons ; Exceptional features rich drivers

The trackball shell smells like rubber

The Microsoft TrackBall Optical is a great addition to the vast and astonishing Microsoft hardware family. Microsoft once again (it becomes habit) revolutionized the computing world by revamping the TrackBall concept making this device almost...

Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop - Review

First impressions are that the keyboard is big: 455mm wide by 235mm deep (this increases to 270mm if you add the optional wrist support). It also stands tall - 55mm at it's highest point. The mouse is a good size, a simple enough shape but comfortable...

DIED AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I USED THE MICROSOFT WIRELESS KEYBOARD AND MOUSE 700 TO MANAGE MY INTERNET USE FROM A COUCH SOME 10 FEET AWAY, LOOKING AT A 46" TV

I TOO FOUND TYPING RESULTED IN MISSING LETTERS. BIGGER DEAL THOUGH IS THE MOUSE DIED AFTER 3 MONTHS. THE POINTER STILL SHOWED AND MOVED, HOWEVER NO ACTIONS RESULTED FROM THE LEFT AND RIGHT HIGH CLICK BUTTONS

Not worth the money

Bottom line is you get what you pay for and what you get here isn't very much.

Light weight

Uses batteries very quickly, letters on the keys fade after use, doesn't indicate if you hit the "CAPS LOCK" button, no indication if the number lock button is on

The keyboard don't register all letters when you typing

Good look and connect easily

In normal speed typing the keyboard missing letters and mouse losing connection so I can not move pointer easily

Won't allow scrolling up and down a page at a time

I just installed a Comfort Mouse 4500 and downloaded the Intellipoint 8 software. There were a few features I couldn't live with, hence have returned the product. 1. The Microsoft mouse control software offers no option to set the scroll wheel button...

It seemed to be a well-built mouse. I found the rubberized coating on the mouse was a good design feature

1. No option to set the scroll wheel button to vertical scroll up and down one page at a time ; 2. No click detents for the scroll wheel ; 3. Having the Back button on the right-hand side of the mouse was awkward

I was very disappointed with this product.

I would not recommend this mouse to anyone. I bought it just because I need several buttons on my mouse for World of Warcraft. It is horrendous for gaming, and isn't much better for web browsing. The sensitivity of the scroll wheel is intolerable, and...

It does a decent job of moving the mouse pointer on the Screen ; It is Wired, so there are no batteries to replace ; The Blue light on the bottom is more pleasing to the eye than the red light

The Scroll Wheel is FAR too sensitive, causing the screen to bounce up and down between lines even when you're not touching the wheel. ( Like it gets stuck in a position between lines and it can't decide where to stay put.) ; The mouse but
