Sound quality is the best I've heard, especially with hiquality headphones (e.g. bose). MP3's sound like vinyl. audio enhance doesn't kill clarity. volume limit protects your ears (most players start to damage hearing at around 60% of max volume)
Lacks hard buttons, and touch screen takes some getting used to. has a few useless features, like games, address book, and calendar. u must use included media manager to convert/add video to player. v. few options are available for video conversion
