Horrible Printer and Newegg customer service

 

I have been a New Egg Customer for a long time and have spread Word of Mouth to my colleagues and friends that it provides great customer service. I referred New Egg to my company to buy this product and their 1st time experience was horrible.

May not be suitable for volume-productions. Perhaps just creating a nice looking disc-label for your vacation-photo's. I was trying to cut cost's on audio-demo-productions.

This is a great/inexpensive method for creating Pro-Style Disc-Labels

1.Printer Mechanism leaves traces on disc,2."200 Prints Per Cartridge", doesn't mean 200 disc's,3.CD-Catch/Release doesn't want to let the CD go at times,4.Replacemnt Cartridges aren't cheap

For the price....FANTASTIC printer. Works very well, very fast. Of you're looking for a super professional printer, don't get this. Otherwise, good product. I like it. As always, NEWEGG ROCKS!!!!!!

Both this printer and the Primera Signature Z1 printer use the same CalComp print mechanism. After having had both models show the same problems, I've come to the conclusion that the CalComp mechanism is simply not a good quality device.

Small (so many CD/DVD printers seem a lot larger than they need to be), quick (prints a disc with four print zones in under a minute)

Inconsistant print quality
