Xerox Phaser 3320/DNI

The Xerox Phaser 3320/DNI monochrome laser printer is weak on output quality and speed for the price, but it offers paper handling suitable for heavy-duty printing by micro- or small-office standards.

Ethernet and Wi-Fi. Duplexer, 250-sheet drawer, and 50-sheet multi-purpose tray standard. Maximum 820-sheet capacity

Text quality is below par for a monochrome laser. Slow for the price

Clearly designed as a workhorse monochrome laser printer for a micro or small office or workgroup, the Xerox Phaser 3320/DNI ($399) offers heavy-duty paper handling—by small-office standards at least—as its main attraction. It also adds both Ethernet...

Xerox Phaser 7500 Color Laser Printer Printer Review

Fast, tabloid and banner printing ; Cheap toner, automatic duplexing

Very expensive

Yes, it's expensive, but it prints on paper up to banner size, at a fast clip and for a low cost.

Xerox Phaser 7500/DN

The first thing you need to know about the Xerox Phaser 7500/DN ($3299.99 direct) is that it's the first printer to use Xerox's natural language color control—an innovation that's worth knowing about even if you have no need for a printer that prints...

Top tier graphics and photo quality. Innovative color adjustment feature. Prints at up to super-tabloid size (13 by 18 inches) and banner size

Although text qualifies as high quality, it's not the impressively high quality of the graphics and photos

For office users, and, to a lesser extent, graphic artists who want professional looking color output, the Phaser 7500/DN delivers top quality photos and graphics on plain paper.

Xerox Phaser 7800 review

On output quality alone, the Phaser 7800 would be an Editor's Choice. With its 1,200 x 2,400dpi print engine, it produces A3 prints that are superbly detailed; both type and vectors are beautifully rendered.

We’d still recommend the Phaser 7800 for its output, but Xerox needs to exorcise the mischievous ghost inside it before we give it a full thumbs-up.

Xerox Phaser 3600VN review

The Xerox Phaser 3600VN is one of the fastest and cheapest monochrome printers to run. It also produces great quality text and graphics output, making it a wise buy for busy offices.

Very fast print speed ; Great quality text output ; Low running costs ; Impressive performance with graphics

Some slight banding on large blocks of grey

The low running costs of the Phaser 3600VN mean you won't be shelling out huge amounts on ink over the lifetime of the product. All in all, this is a good option for those who need a machine that can pump out good quality monochrome pages at a rapid pace.

Xerox Phaser 6010 review

Small and quiet, colour laser-quality print, but with stinging consumable costs.. The first outing for Xerox's colour LED print engine...

Very small footprint for a colour laser-style printer

Swingeing consumable costs, even for a low-cost machine

The Xerox Phaser 6010 is a neat and well designed LED, colour printer. It prints as well as a colour laser, but costs less to buy although it is both quick and quiet when printing. It all comes down to whether you’re willing to pay 20p a page for...

Xerox Phaser 6200 Compatible High Capacity Cyan Toner

"First time trying high capacity toner for my Phaser 6200. I will definitely buy again. It lasted about twice as long as my normal toner and it's a better value. Aside from the shipping charges, I was very satisfied with my order."

Excellent Print Quality, Bad Firmware

Unfortunately we are not keeping this printer. It produced some of the best print quality I have ever seen seen from a relatively affordable laser printer but its buggy firmware became to much of a hassle. Customer service was helpful but could not...

Great High Speed Color Laser Printer For Workgroups

Our company purchased the Phaser 6700/DT to replace our former Xerox Phaser 8560 solid ink printer. We found the 8560 very finnicky and required a lot of service within the last few months of its life.
