Xerox Phaser 6125

This colour laser printer is small in price and size.

Xerox Phaser 6125 review

Colour laser printers continue to drop in price and increase in speed and feature set. Even companies such as Xerox that are better known for their large business machines now include an inexpensive colour laser in their ranges.

For occasional use, the 6125 is solid value for money, but slow prints and pricey ink usage could make it less economical in the long term.

Xerox Phaser 6125

With better facilities than several of its rivals, the low price looks particularly attractive.

Colourful prints from a big business name Colour laser printing is getting cheaper and cheaper: the Xerox Phaser 6125 is close to the current minimum, while still offering all the essentials ...

Xerox - Phaser 6125

Xerox's entry-level colour laser printer is aimed at the home and small office markets and has the modest footprint to match. Decked out all in white with a blue highlight for the control panel, it manages ...

This is a great little colour laser printer that produces worthwhile black and colour documents, though you may need to tweak settings for satisfactory photo prints. Print speeds hold up well, though are some way short of the specified figures. Running...

While this is a neat, very affordable colour laser printer, depending on your likely usage, it may not be the cheapest to own over its whole life. There's also something of a question mark over its text print speed, as the processing time for its...

Good bye inkjets

And it's not an HP. That alone make me happy.

A name-brand color laser printer at a great price. No more dried up, expensive ink jet cartridges. The replacement toner cartridges for this printer are inexpensive. The quality of the output is very good. And network configuration was a breeze

Pleasantly Surprised

First let me state this is a "home" printer (although my home has 10+ computers, Gigabit network, etc). We only print a couple hundred pages/month at most, so I can't speak to heavy business operation. I bought this to replace yet another dead inkjet...

Ethernet connection ; Original consumables are lasting longer than expected ; Compatible" toners available (bought them but haven't installed them yet) ; Very Quiet ; Very low power standby...wakes up quickly to print

Doesn't have automatic duplexing capability ; Don't expect to print photos that look decent. It's ok for a quick print, but nothing you'd want on the wall (same has been true of inkjet printers that claimed they would print photos)

Misleading Description

The product description references the convenience of solid ink. That's incorrect: this is a laser printer with toner cartridges. Not a lot of mess, but not as clean as wax sticks.

Overall great printer for SOHO. I still prefer the 8560 for presentation work, but the 6125 does a decent job

A couple of paper jams when using glossy paper. The 6125 does the same thing

Great Printer

I use 4 different printers at work, all of them HP (which I consider the standard for professional requirements). The Xerox Phaser 6125 is my home networked printer and meets my expectations of print quality and speed. The size of the printer is very...

The printer is extremely well designed and built. The casing is very solid and provides a sense of a solid product. The printer is very easy to place in use, the directions are very easy to understand. Common sense approach to all aspects of placing...

None so far. I have had the printer for a little over a month and am very satisfied with this system. I can not find anything negative about this printer
