Great while it works

This unit was simple to record and easy to playback. Was loving it until 1 mth after warranty it would lose the HDD and have a message saying it has no HDD connected. I'd have to switch off the unit for a while to reset to get the HDD to be seen again....

Nice simple unit when working

1. can't easily delete shows wonce watched 2. My one died. 3. No software update available to see if it fixes my units issue

Good

i just love the convenience, after 26 years of using vhs tapes and worrying about whether i remembered to program,or deciding which show to record,i can now record two at once plus watch something else .it just gets me.

reproductive quality is amazing.simple to use once you get it installed ,easy to record and playback ,i particularly like not having to search for my place if i have not watched things all in one sitting.i really like how much recordable memory is...

i needed help to install,user guide not very easy to follow ,i still cannot work out how to erase shows once i have watched them.
