I-Can Easy HD 2851T review

You may want to purchase an i-CAN if you are one of those people who bought your HDTV just before manufacturers started building in Freeview HD tuners. Or you might be in the market for decent sports coverage without an unsightly dish, or because you...

Superb results from SD and HD Freeview channels; ready for pay-TV

iPlayer support not HD; no multimedia playback or USB recording ; Performance: 4/5 ; Design: 4/5 ; Features: 3/5 ; Overall 4/5

Not exactly plain sailing

Got off to a bumpy start with this product, but because my viideo, dvd recorder and tv didn't have digital tuners, a freeview box seemed the most favoureable so I could keep using them. Plus the added option of the bbc Iplayer was a bonus.

i-Can Easy HD

The set-up is quite straight forward, I did need to re-start the process once though before the channels tuned in. No built-in WiFi I had expected but luckily I had a spare wireless network adaptor that I could plug in and it worked okay, it even takes...

ican hd freeview

Excellent box. Works in ireland so i can get the soarview no problem. Its half the price of the soarview boxes being sold in ireland at the moment. Very good purchase and would recommend it.

A Bargain!

Thirty pounds lets you try HD and iPlayer on your TV. Thirty pounds! Okay, so the box isn't as sophisticated as offerings from Humax, et al....and tech support is akin to handing a cigarette to a man who's on fire....but hey. It's THIRTY QUID. It...

Great little box, snappy, good menus, nothing to fault!

Got this for an old TV for my parents, been looking for a unit for a while and the reviews on this one were positive. Very surprised when it arrived, a lovely little unit with stylish simple menus and EPG, a good snappy response. Very surprised the...

good for a legacy crt tv

A seven year old Philips freeview box died, the crt tv was ok and fits a unit that none of the new tv units fit. Box does sd and hd. So ok for our needs since standalone freeview replacement boxes are becoming rare as there now in the tv rather than in...

i-Can HD freeview set top box with BBCi player

I received this set top box today having ordered from Play. Com and this has arrived in superfast time. It arrived at 0900hrs and was so easy to set up, it was up and running within 10 minutes which included the internet connection for the i Player....

Returned due to jumpy picture on HD channels

This freeview box was easy to set up, the menu system is good but the channels are listed in a strange order making it difficult to find the ones I wanted, I couldn't find a way of altering this either. The HD picture quality was great but...

HD Works great

This box was very simple to setup and it came with evrything needed including a HDMI cable. The iPlayer interface is pretty slick and easy to use. iPlayer will be streaming live F1 races from next month which is why I purchased the box.
