This radio is junk!! They do not have customer support. You have to send an email, and no one ever responds to your emails. I recommend that you continue shopping. If you dont believe me, try sending an email to XACT. I would in the communications...

I purchased it through e-bay and only spend $46.00 with shipping on it, so I am not out that much

I despise the whole thing. This is the second XTR8. The first one lasted 16 months. This one was junk out of the package. I will never purchase anything from XACT again and recommend that everyone avoid wasting money on their products. JUNK JUNK

Died on me after 3 years of use

This radio completely died on me suddenly and without warning. I tried it in the other car socket and used my GPS in the radio socket to make sure it wasn't a socket issue. What a piece of crap. XACTly inferior!
