IRIScan anywhere 2

The anywhere 2 is eminently portable, particularly when you consider that it eliminates the need to lug a computer along with you. It looks much like any other manually fed portable scanner, at 1.7 by 10.6 by 2.3 inches (HWD), and it weighs slightly...

Highly portable. Scans without a computer. Handles photos surprisingly well (although not at particularly high quality)

Poor business card recognition. Can take up to 4 hours for a full battery charge

The IRIScan anywhere 2 lets you scan at up to letter size without a computer, and comes with software to work with the files after you move them to your computer.

Easy to use, even without the software.

This scanner is easy to use out of the box. It scans quickly and accurately. Colors scan well. The included software is confusing though. I just scan without using the software and the results are more than acceptable. I scan directly to a flash drive...

Very Convenient

Very easy set up and most importantly - runs on internal battery (rechargeable). I own a small independent auto claims business and this is great for scanning police reports, photos and other info I collect from policy holders at their homes. Again,...
