if you have windows 8, don't bother

 

It was supposed to be compatible with windows 8. I wad looking forward to using this to organize my office. Part of the download won't work with windows 8 so my laptop won't recognize the scanner. Returning it tomorrow. very disappointed. Saw similar...

IRIS IRIScan Pro 3 Office review

 

The IRIS IRIScan Pro 3 is a portable scanner with great optical character (OCR) recognition tools, but its speed and image quality are limited.

In the end, the IRIS IRIScan Pro 3 Office is a great choice for OCR tasks, but it's not the fastest of the hybrid-style portable scanners and its image quality isn't top-notch.
