Awful product that is inferior to Epson scanner

Relatively cheap for an ADF scanner

You get what you pay for!

I had explored other options including the Kodak scanners. I wish I had spent a little more money and bought a better product but times are hard. I hate that I now have the hassle of calling technical support and then possibly shipping the product back...

This is a very simple product to use. The on screen options are very straightforward

The feeder did not work straight out of the box. I bought 7 for my company and I am highly disappointed. There was no instruction manual just a CD but the info was not thorough enough to solve our problem. Had to google the user manual online

extremely difficult to learn to use software

good price for flat bed with ADF. OCR. . a lot of functions and options

had to remove Paperport as it was screwing-up my entire system. after many many hours I am still learning to use One Touch and Omnipage pro. I just way to complicated and I'm not a novice at computer tech at all

Awkward software, terrible feeder, high quality scans

The price is right for the once-a-month scan, but if you plan on using it more often this is Definitely NOT your product.

Simple Design. Scanner does a fairly good job of high res color scans

Install was a challenge as the driver was difficult to load. The feeder often jams, even if you are scanning a few pages. The software that comes with the scanner is awkward to use and time consuming

I agree with the last guy...poor quality

I have had this thing less than a year and the document feeder no longer works. I have to scan all documents on the flatbed and that doesn't work in my busy office. This item was too expensive to act like a cheap disposable. Thought I was getting...

I actually bought the model XDM5155D-WU of this DocuMate 515 because of the higher model number. I got a DEAD SOFTWARE CD. I downloaded the drivers but you can't get the apps I paid for. Luckily I read the review referring to ScanWiz and downloaded...
