Best deal ever, had no problems diagnostic car and fixing the problem comes with software for your pc, and if you dont have a pc it also comes with a small booklet to read the codes

The Autel Maxiscan worked great on my 2005 Ford Crown Victoria. It identified the error code, and then cleared the code. After I fixed the problem the check engine light no longer came on

This is a follow up on my previous comment. I had contacted Autel's tech support in the USA 855-288-3587 and had spoken to Maurice. He had told me that they do not support this product. In fact, he told me that only Autel in China supports this product...
