love it, no difference so far with a regular one. buy remanufactured appliances all the time and they work well. they would not remanufacture/refurbish if product wasn't worth it. saves lots of money and is the same at the end just a little less...

Bought the toaster for my wife as she always wanted a Dualit Because they look nice.( Big mistake) . Most sized don't fit in the toaster, it is so irregular as it either burns the toast or doesn't toast it. I use the grill now , believe me better...

It doesn't fit a slice of bread the top doesn't get toasted! No chance for a bagel or a bun. The toast cooks differently on every slice - some are done before others. Overall it's very disappointing.
