Our hands on review of Panasonic's TX-32LXD500 HDTV...

The LXD500 is a high definition panel that boasts XGA resolution supporting 1386 x 768 pixels and a 700:1 contrast ratio.

The one annoying thing at this moment in time with any HD panel is the lack of HD broadcasts to watch! This means you're currently unable to get the most out of your shiny new screen.

Early HD TV

I bought this in December 2005. Sky finally got round to providing me with HD transmissions in August 2006. I was delighted at how well the set performed. So 5 years later can it still cut the Mustard? Most certainly. I am upgrading to a bigger set in...
