Excellent picture quality and features

Poor sound quality, and very thin plastic, expected better for over four grand

HD picture is brilliant.

SD could be better. Unable to use an IPhone or android phone to control the TV remotely.

Poor sound level even at a full 100 sound can be too low.

Looks good and easy to set up and get started

Issues with the internet for the first two weeks. Helpline was only available in office hours which is not of much use to people who also work 9 to 5.

A bit operation complicated but will get used to it. Would have liked to have had full paper instructions to refer to as well as the i-manual built into set.

3D and picture quality are better than any other TV I've seen. 3D glasses are extremely high quality and very sturdy. Very easy to use menu. Pleanty of inputs for different devices

3d picture could be better, have seen multiple sets and this could be improved. hopefully a firmware update will help sort this.

Poor sound when using Sky. No internet connection, also unable to connect to youtube.
