Instruction of use contained basic errors. Only after third call it was remedied

Fits easily in to available space.

Poor program guide. Random resets and switching on and off. Slow to channel change. Poor remote control layout. Hard to update software. Channels get sound channels mixed up with picture. Just not easy or intuitive to use Poor graphic equalisation.

It does what you would expect from a Sony

The user manual leaves a lot to be desired. I could not find out how to turn on the subtitles when selected to digital tv. I tried the Sony help line but they couldn't resolve the problem. I eventually had to have the tv replaced (I need subtitles)...

Very good picture quality, good design

Terrible sound quality with no adjustment, program guide gets confused sometmes, occasional loss of sound for no reason or sound and picture from different channels
