Toshiba's L5200U HDTV line offers nice-looking LED-backlit screens that deliver solid color quality and a sharp HD picture, but come up short on contrast ratio and features.

Accurate colors. Good viewing angles. Robust audio output.

No Internet connectivity. Only three HDMI ports. Mediocre contrast ratio.

someone mentioned not getting TV code to work on other remotes..I was able to program it to my directv remote without an issue.

picture quality is excellent for a budget unit. Thin bezel and frame is nice

Great TV with a few minor complaints

 

I would buy this TV again.

Set this TV up yesterday, was quite easy. The picture is awesome! Many have complained about the sound, but really does any flat screen TV have great sound? My other TV a Sony 32" doesn't, my friend's Samsung doesn't, nor have I heard great sound on...

My biggest complaint is you can ONLY use the remote that came with it. I can't use my Cable DVR remote. On calls to Time Warner and Toshiba, after about an hour trying to program it myself, no one had a code, and Toshiba said it would be about a year...
