Vizio E601i-A3 LED TV review:

Vizio's E1i-A3 series is the poster child for "TVs are getting bigger and cheaper all the time." The 70-inch behemoth reviewed here costs less than any similarly sized TV I know about, yet delivers quite a bit for the price. Beyond the picture, it...

The Vizio E701i-A3 is an outstanding value as the least expensive LED TV of its size that also offers Smart TV. Its picture boasts highly accurate color and very good bright-room performance. Plenty of Smart TV content is on hand within a responsive...

The E1i-A3's picture can't match the black-level performance of some competing LED TVs, and suffers from some uniformity issues. Its Smart TV interface design seems a bit dated and cumbersome.

The Vizio E701i-A3 is the best value yet among 70-inch LED TVs.

Vizio E601I-A3

One thousand dollars is a sweet spot for HDTVs. When the price tag rolls over to four digits, it can be a lot harder to swallow than a product just brushing against costing a Cleveland, even if it's a big-ticket item. The Vizio E601I-A3 offers a pretty...

Inexpensive for its size. Very bright. Built-in Wi-fi

Not that energy efficient for an LED HDTV. Modest black levels. Colors run slightly cool

The Vizio E601I-A3 is a 60-inch LED HDTV you can get for less than $1,000, but you can spend a lot less on a slightly smaller screen.

Vizio E601i-A3 60-inch LED HDTV Reviewed

Vizio has made a monster of a display with the 60-inch LED E601i-A3 HDTV. The television is large and affordable objectively. Andrew Robinson investigates the question of how it performs.

Once again, Vizio has managed to take a popular segment of the HDTV marketplace and make it accessible to more people without sacrificing performance or functionality with their E601i-A3 60-inch LED HDTV. It's not that the E601i is perfect - no display...

"Well worth the current price of 1500 dollars."

I have seen TV's in stores and other peoples houses that had what is known as the Soap opera effect. Picture quality so good it seems like live tv. I bought a plasma and other televisions and still no soap opera effect even with blue ray. I turned this...

"Good TV for the price but beware of the viewing angle"

If you have a smaller room this TV might be for you. When sitting directly in front of it the picture is very good. Color & Black levels are pretty impressive, but move a little to the sides/up/down and the picture quality goes down a lot & steep....

Big

Viewing angle is VERY small

"Sorry but I'm not impressed by the price tag."

It's cheap if that's all that matters.

You can spend a little more money and get a decent sharp.

"Not Happy With Quality"

We purchased this TV after much research. It was purchased from a big box electronic retailer approximately 4 months ago. After a little over three months the unit would not power up. Called Vizio help support and they troubleshot it over the phone and...

"Great picture but potential problems."

I LOVE this tv. It was a great deal for a 60" and the picture looks awesome. I am very happy with my purchase. However, after digging around on the support site, I happened to find this page buried in the Q&A section: %s They have identified specific...

Great picture, great price - $888 at Sam's Club, price match to other retailers. Lots of picture configuration options. Internet apps

potential for hardware failure (see full review), still some glare in bright room
