With upright cleaners from Dyson now almost the same size as their cylinder counterparts, the extra power and capabilities mean for us the DC50 is a better buy, even if it is more expensive

It's been years since I used a canister vac and this one is great. it moves effortlessly and has great suction. is really easy to empty too.

Lightweight and easy to manuever. The DC35 is good at sucking up dust and and works great on wood floors. Did not have an issue with the battery life, enough time to clean 1000 square feet of floors.

I'm still not sure why this 'red' DC35 was such a deal compared to the otherwise identical 'blue' model but we are very happy with our second Dyson product.

super vac for quick clean-up we have large dogs that shed. just grab off charger and go, good power charge last around 15-20 min.

worked great for 3 weeks, then run time decreased. then quit working at all at 1 month. had to return a DC35 for the same reason.

For pet owners, the Animal is man's second-best friend. This sucker picked up an astonishing amount of fur from rugs that looked fairly clean at the outset, courtesy of a pneumatic actuator that forces the cleaner head into the carpet for maximum crud...

Dyson's vacs are the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever did suck. And we mean that in a good way. Meet the debris-gobbling DC31 wonder vacuum.

I bought this for my DC28 and it fit fine, but then I found out the hose allowed the wand to just fall straight down. This both pinched my hand and ended up knocking off the top plastic part of my wand. It did not break it but if this happens...

This hose sucks along with the vacuum very well. My Dyson animal hose all of a sudden just started falling apart. I am surprised that after 2 years (6 months in storage) it gave up. I like to clean, but I was not abusive towards it. I have had this...

Overall this is a great machine which comes with a 5 year warranty. A little bit pricey but so far worth it and if it lasts 5 years and beyond then well worth it. Our carpet has never felt so clean.

I bought one of these years ago and vowed I would never buy another Dyson as the build quality was just not up to the engineering design: bits of plastic started breaking off within months and within 18 months I'd thrown it away. Recently we were given...

Using the wand on the Dyson had been a frustrating task, due to the rigid design. The flexible hose now makes it so much easier to reach furniture and under furniture. I would recommend the flexible hose to all Dyson owners!

Consumer comments also indicate that if you have a lot of carpet the Dyson DC23 Motorhead is likely a better choice (although it is more expensive). The brushbar on the Turbinehead is air driven while that on the Motorhead is motor driven giving it...

Same device the repairman used in the shop to remove the brush bar. Bonus - it comes with spare belts.

I had pet stains, and smells in my new house, so I ordered this product. The cleaner is very absorbent and also smells nice without being overpowering. Would highly recommend.
