Needed replacement as soon as possible got them just that fast works great like the steamer cause it gets ground it crap off floor with no getting on my hands and knees my knees are really bad so I really like this thing

Mine worked for 5 minutes and the motor burned. Too bad it was used only after the 30 days Newegg return policy. Had to return it from Canada to USA and cost 35 $ to return it.

Every time I run the vacuum I smell the belt overheating. The roller brush turns freely so it is not caused by too much load on the belt. These are generic.

What can I say. The priority for me was low noise volume. This model is whisper-quiet on normal setting but very powerful. On full power it still isn't loud but it picks up the carpet from the floor and can pull small items from across the room....
