It's okay, but I prefer good old fashioned elbow grease to get the job done. I tried it on my shower doors, it wan't a success. I was able to get wax from a candle out of my carpet with it, so I guess it was worth what I paid for it.

Bought 2, one for daughter, one for myself. Hers died within 6 months, mine died within a year and I rarely used it. Built sturdy but poor quality electronics. Didn't seem to be doing much in the steaming department. Very disappointing. Waste of money.

Have had this hoover for 3yrs now with no problems whatsoever,it really picks the bits up without effort,not to much suction when u try to use the pipe on its own for down the side of settee,but thats only a small gripe.
