Terrific value, compact so moveable and stowable.

Vent tube not long enough.

Easy to set up and use. Not as noisey as many people claim. Seems solidly built and robust. Cools the room quickly enough.

Having to vent it! The supplied bits for the window are too small.

I like the size and the extra adaptor fitting for the window or wall as part of the venting kit, also I like the wind up cord prongs at the back

Works well enough with a good range of temperatures.

If you find the hose is not long enough it is tricky to find another hose with the same diameter, I ended up getting a smaller one and rigging it together with duct tape, it is also a bit noisey but you do get used to it.

Neat and compact unit. Easy to move round the house, even took it upstairs to cool the bedrooms. Quite operation and effective cooling. Best left in a closed room to do its thing.

Would benefit from a window hose adaptor to decrease the amount the window is left open, rather than the 5" hose poking out, and prevent the hose slipping back into the room.

Can easily pull the temperature of a fair size room down to a comfortable 18 to 20 degrees. Good for general areas of the home.

This particular model was advertised as one of the quietest in the range. The lower fan setting is still so noisey that for a bedroom it is impossible to sleep due to that noise.

Does the job, is a good size and good value. Like the remote control option. Easy to fit and up and running in minutes.

Bit louder than we expected. Can be a disruption in the office. I probably would have chosen a quieter model for our small office.
