This is a terrible split system

 

We bought this new split system with our new house. This split system has broken down twice in 12 months. Both times it has broken down with the same fault (burnt out PC board). I asked the technician today if this was a common problem with this split...

Breaks down quickly, Takes at least 2 weeks to get a service.

Rating system does not go low enough to rate this junk

 

Did not work eo fault d.o.a dead on arrival put a new 1 in different fault did not work gave up went to a different brand. waiting to get my money back bad service no one wants to know you spare parts are non- existent no service personnel are trained...

Everything from price to quality, reliability, warranty, service the list goes on
