I needed this for bathroom fan vent. The old one wasnt insulated and due to cold weather kept forming condensation and dripping back down through fan. This prevents that because its insulated. The price was good too.

The inside wall unit mounted nicely on a board, while the outside condenser is a good 30 feet away outside. Even though the condenser is far from the unit, the unit does a great job cooling.
