Received in great shape from FedX, Worked GREAT out-of-the-box. Just plugged it in and away it went. My cellar has "NEVER" been drier.

Very happy with product - everything & more than description; the timer and setting available make this a no brainer. It provides flexibility with the rollers and can be used with or without the drain feature.

Works real good. The only problem that I have with it is that I can not program it to automatically turn off and on by itself. I have to set the on and off times. Once it goes off I have to restart the unit manually and again set the off and on times.

We have had many dehimidifiers and they haven't lasted. Of course we won't know until at least next year how long this one lasts but the review in Consumer Reports did give us confidence that we were finally on the right track.
