Installed in a room over a garage. Keeps the temperature at a comfortable 76°. It's a bit loud (but not nearly as loud as the window unit it replaced)... need to turn the unit off while on the phone, but the remote makes that a quick click.

A tad noisy, But I can have the 15x15 bed room as cold as a Meat Locker. Like the fact in winter we can put into storage. Wife likes it because she does not have to worry about me falling out the window "<)

This is a good product. However, when there is a power outage, the system goes off and you have to manually restart the system, it doesn't just automatically come back on. That could be improved.
