I have not had the product long enough to evaluate quality which can best be judged by longevity. I am using it a garage setting. As it has an industrial use rating I am expecting it to do well in this environment. I do wish it had an humidity gage.

I had already purchased a Comfort Aire BHD-501 so I knew what to expect from a home basement unit. The Ebac CD35 cost three times as much and it couldn't produce even half the water of the Comfort Aire which consumed the same amount of power.
