This dehumidifier is great, just what we needed to rid our home of excess moisture that was coming through our a/c vents. No more damp/muggy nights.

I have not had much luck with dehumidifiers.they seem to last about 2 years and die. This edge star model is the worst.It has quit working and is only ten months old.

Works fine for me. Do not have the musty basement smell anymore

I have the slightly older model, it works fine for about a year, and then it starts vibrating inside, apparently from something coming loose, now it is just plain noisy. Keep it where the noise is not an issue.

The machine is very well designed, easy to use, high quality product.

We hav struggled with a damp odor in our house for years. We have a damp foundation and have had everything checked for leaks, mold, mildew etc. and they can't find anything wrong.

This has been a very satisfactory product. I bought 2 of them for my basement.

This is the third one of these units I have had and I only purchased the first one.

We are kind of old and decrepit, so we need to order a hose for this so that it will automatically send the water down the drain in our basement. It fills up fast! It has done a great job of drying out our damp basement.
