Did not cool as well as I had hoped... bulky and window kit was not designed well.

This unit was shipped quickly, EASY to set up, and performs as expected (considering the BTU rating here). Great value for the price I paid.

We just build a 700 sq ft cottage and this keeps the entire cottage very comfortable.

If you're looking for something that is super easy and does a great job this is an awesome buy! Nothing is perfect though... I wish it had a longer exhaust hose. 48" is a bit short for my high window. Other than that, it's just what I needed.
