Pumps lots of lovely heat. Toasty. Inverter compressor means no clunk and power surge when it cuts in. Not a bad price.

Mounting dims for outdoor unit wrong. Not all that quiet, esp outdoor unit. Indoor unit installation *very* tight as there is *absolutely no* spare space for the pipe runs. It would be nice to give the designer a good beating ;-) Pipes are metric, not...

As expected it was easy to fit on my own, as it was a replacement, so the hole, and power already there. But this has the condenser, (which i'm not sure how it works, but instead of on and off, it regulates or something) so if you put it on the lowest...

The Bluetooth is not what i expected and don't work. Its a KlilR IR device which is totally separate from the Air Con, and can be used to control any IR device, Except the Air Con. Save £30 and don't add it to your basket

Display on front of unit

Access doors do not stay up whilst filters are being cleaned. Drain connection should be longer so that joint is outside of the unit. One unit delivered with broken left hand hinge on filter access door. One unit delivered with an incorrectly assembled...

Great quality,easily fitted unit

The wall plate for the inside unit had already been installed on the unit I received as evidenced by previous screw indentations, both units though appeared new. I installed this on the first floor landing passing the umbilical through a small toilet...

Instruction manual isn't totally clear for self-install Flimsy plastic clips to secure the internal unit down onto the wall bracket Says not to put a sharp bend in pipes, but unavoidable to route through the wall to external unit
