I purchased this for my parents. It works well. Somewhat loud on High, OK on Med and Low.

I hope to get some years out of it. it does have a 2 year warranty.

Not recomended

I bought this locally before I realized that NewEgg sells A/C units. Live and learn. My three other A/C's made by Frigidaire are 5 years old and still working flawlessly.

Worked well as a cooler for the first summer I had it ; High fan speed was way too loud and unusable. Low and Medium fan settings were fine

Used it for one summer and then stored it inside, wrapped in a tarp until this summer. I put it back into the window and the blower fan no longer works. Epic FAIL ; No rough handling, no moisture exposure, no good reason for it not to work ; A true...
